When does the eSIM data plan start?
Your eSIM plan activates automatically as soon as you arrive in the country or countries included in your plan. As long as you are not in your destination, installing the eSIM does not start the countdown of days.
So you can install and set up your eSIM with complete peace of mind before you leave: your plan will only start once you are there, when your phone connects to the destination network.
